i haven't updated for so so long. let's start from where i left off. pilgrimage was the best six weeks of my entire life and i miss it like you wouldnt believe. the people the place everything. since ive been home, life has been crazy. school's a bitch, but whatever it's school. disneyland was soo much fun. this weekend (including my bday on sunday woowoo) is going to be a party. i'm stoked. that's pretty much it. muchlovee.

so the usy year is over. and convention was amazing. but now...26 days until pilgrimage and7 days of school left and then finals and then i'm out of the us for six weeks! woowoo!

milken semi formal last night. so much fun.
auditions for one acts today.

this week was productive, relatively speaking.

weekend update like woah.
FRIDAY- nothing too exciting until i saw THE LOVE OF MY LIFE, BRIANNA GOLDING, even if it was for just a little bit, it was amazing.
saturday-shabbas party, then we hit santa monica with usy--the pier and the promonade, and then this amazing small cafe with good chai tea lattes and live music. i discovered a new band--a cease fire dawn, which sounds like an emo name but is really just two chill guys and their acoustic guitars.
today- good day. josh picked me up at 11ish and we went to cheesecake and then chevra (usy+usyers with special needs) at the zoo. yay! oh, and saw marissa out of nowhere for a few minutes which made me so happy. like, so so happy. and then dinner with josh and jill at islands and a drive back to the city and good conversation and singing and yay.
it's been a really nice break from reality--a holiday from real, if you will. and this weekend was the perfect way to end it. tomorrows going to be a bitch. cest la vie.

so here's what's up in the life of me, because you were all for sure wondering: my hair's shorter and i like it. i got my first massage and it was amazing like no other and the spa was so relaxing and incredible. i got new sippers and they make me happy. i am entering oprahs essay contest. now i'm listening to an acoustic version of boyz n the hood and it's kind of making my life.
life's really nice right now.

spa in ojai with madre tomorrow instead of arizona which pisses me off a lot. but i'm still going to a spa, which is absolutely incredible and i'm way excited. and being in ojai will be bittersweet...it will definetely not be the same going to get ice cream without the best people in the world by my side.
